Consulting for Plymouth-Canton Community Schools

The Communications and Marketing Team at Plymouth-Canton Community Schools (P-CCS), the fifth largest school district in the state of Michigan, was looking to partner with UMSI to do a full study, review, and analysis of the ways that their digital outlets engage the various stakeholders within their high school district.

Thorough Process.

Our primary methods of data collection included interviews, background research and affinity analysis after identifying the scope of the project with our clients at the start of the term. That process was followed by a thorough synthesis and presentation.

Strong Sampling.

We were able to speak with individuals representing all three stakeholder groups resulting in a wide array of data to support meaningful conclusions and solutions.

Robust Solutions.

PCCS needed a plan. They were bleeding time and resources with their current communication strategy. Our recommendations towards a more “Quality over Quantity” approach would lead to much-needed improvements and streamlining for both stakeholders and the communications team.
